Founder's letter

UPWorlds was started from the humility of believing a creative led future through virtual reality world.
As a long life product designer, i, Sonya, experience virtual reality through the eyes of UX designer trying to

build & deliver a better and functional virtual worlds designs. 

I tried building in different platforms just to prove more points to myself how i feel about this. 
As much as i love this mediums, it doesn't take long to realise the pain of being a builder in a world with no defined builders economy and support system. For as much as i'm a dreamer, i'm also pragmatic.

In the end of 2019, i started an initiative to create a virtual workshop on how one should build a functional virtual worlds using 3D UX and through each week i met many people with different background , questions and ideas. That had made me realised that there's a bigger idea here.

A little later, my Co-founder, Jai had joined me. He is an architect and he himself had experience this industry through an eyes of virtual architects. Imagine building with no gravity constraint but only our endless imagination. 

Combining each of our strength, we believe in well designed world as a future way of living together. 

Together we started using our curiosity and imagination to come up with unconventional and creative solutions. 
In fact, starting UPWorlds itself was an act of creativity just like how each of the features we have here today. 

UPWorlds was born with a mission to provide space for creators that build in metaverse, reimagine the use of their creations by implying a philosophy of thoughtful use of those resources and skill and rise up as community together.
